Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

    • Order cancellation within the allowed period
    • Non-delivery of a product due to our error
    • A product that arrives damaged or defective, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  • In case of a damaged or defective product, customers may be required to return the product in its original packaging before a refund is processed.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to an error on our part.
